Conveyor belt jointing splicer is used for joining together two
pieces of conveyor belt. Usually, this is done to either elongate
the original conveyor belt or to repair a torn or damaged conveyor
belt. It is mainly applied to industries for splicing and repairing for
conveyor belts such as metallurgy, mine, power plant, port, dock,
construction material cement, chemical industry , tobacco ,and food
automatic line field.
Advantages of vulcanization splicing:
Vulcanization splicing improves the durability of the conveyor
belt. The repaired belt can be used for a long time, thereby
reducing the risk of repeated failures and equipment downtime.
The longevity of vulcanized splices is longer than that of
mechanical splices.
