Introduction of conveyor belt jointing machine
The ZLJ series electric water-cooled conveyor belt jointing machine
is small in size, light in weight, with uniform temperature of
heating plate and uniform pressure of water supply system.
Equipped with a lightweight automatic electric cabinet, it adopts
an integrated plug-in and multi-core cable connection with the
host, which is reliable and convenient to operate.
At present, this equipment is widely used in the field
vulcanization and bonding of canvas, nylon, wire rope, and conveyor
belt in metallurgy, mining, power plant, port, building materials,
chemical industry and other industries where there is insufficient
explosive gas and harmful gas around.
How are conveyor belts joined?
When connecting conveyor belt ends together, there are two basic
methods—endless splicing and mechanical fasteners. Endless splicing
joins the two belt ends together either through heat or chemical
activation, making the belt a continuous, endless band.

The practice of 1000mm Sectional Type Hot Jointing Conveyor Belt Jointing Machine has proved to be the most ideal joint method, which can ensure high joint efficiency, and is also very stable. The joint life is also very longand easy to master. The hot vulcanization jointing is equivalent to 60%-80% of the strength of the conveyor belt itself. ( Jointing with cold jointing is equivalent to 40%-55% of the strength of the conveyor belt itself; The buckle (mechanical joint) connection is only 28%-45%.)
CONTROL BOX
With automatic temperature control, security alarm and
automatically switch off the power. The control box can monitor the
temperature of 3-5 different points on each heating platen at the
same time to ensure the result of jointing.
PRESSURE SYSTEM
Signature RUNNING "Pressure Bag" uniform pressure system is lighter
up to 4 times than the outdated pressure bag.
The pressure bag can reach full expansion in one time and ensure
the uniform pressure up to 3.0MPa.
HEATING PLATEN
Custom extruded plank, silicone heating elements (up to
180°C/356°F), and durable composite insulating packaging are used
to construct a flexible platen that contours to belt
irregularities.
It takes 15~25mins rise up to vulcanizing temperature (about
145°C).
The flush "quick connect" make smooth profile. Recessed power
connections are sealed for moisture resistance.
COOLING SYSTEM (Option Available)
Custom "Extruded Plank" cooling system within platens is made by
several cuprum pipelines, it only takes about 20mins to drop the
temperature down to 60°C.
PRESSURE PUMP
Automatic mute pressure pump own the features as smaller size,
lighter weight and high impact-resistance. Compared with the manual
pump, the operating pressure can be 23kg/cm2 (2.3MPa).
EMBEDDED CONNECTOR
Upgrading to embedded water-cooled connector can effectively
prevent damage caused by collision and prolong service life.

The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to
european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is
