Sectional Type Portable Machine Used To Splice Rubber Conveyor Belt
Mining rubber conveyor belt vulcanizer, also called conveyor belt
vulcanizing press or belt vulcanizing machine. Conveyor belt
vulcanizing press can be used on repairing & splicing of conveyor
belt. It suits for various conveyor belt, such as EP, Rubber,
Nylon, Canvas and Steel cord belt, etc.
The rubber belt vulcanizer is dependable, lightweight and portable
machine, which is widely used in the field of metallurgy,mining,
power plants, ports, building materials, cement, coal mine,
chemical industry, etc. Heating plates are available for rhombic,
rectangular and modular type (two or more sets of heating plates
together).
How to select your Splicer?
The proper model selection for a Sectional vulcanizer depends on determining dimensions C and D (see diagram).
C - The platen length (C) is calculated by adding to the belt
manufacturer’s recommended splice length.
- 8 inches (200mm) for fabric belt
- 12 inches (3000mm) for steel cord belt
D - The platen width (D) is determined by adding to the belt width.
- 6 inches (150mm) for fabric belt
- 8 inches (200mm) for steel cord belt
F - Width of the platen along the belt on bias. To figure this
multiply by:
- 1.07 for 22 degree bias angle
- 1.05 for 17 degree bias angle
Dimensions C and D represent the outside platen dimensions. Custom
sizes, rectangular configurations and multiple platen arrangements
are also available upon request.

Features:
1.High pressure water pump, adopted three cylinder plunger pump driven by single-phase
machine, with the characteristics of compact structure, small
volume, reliable, maintenance fridendly, etc......
2.Sturdy heating plate with hydraulic pressure system ensures temperature uniformity, high pressure can reach Max. 2.0 MPa (20 bars or 290 psi); Heating plate including air or water cooling.
3.Cross Beam: lightweight & high strength aluminum alloy; Tensioning bolts will increase the safety level.
4.The conveyor belt vulcanizing press just take no more than 20 mins
cooling time to 60℃, more efficenicy. Electronic control box is easy to operate and will make sure the vulcanizing temperature. Equiped with electric pump will shorten working time.
